You may take Taipei Metro (MRT) - Line 3 (also known as Songshan-Xindian Line or Green Line) to Taipei Arena Station.
At Taipei Arena Station, you may take the elevator/ escalator to Exit 3, and then cross Beining Rd. to our clinic entrance. Alternatively you may take the stairs to Exit 4, and you will find our clinic entrance next to a Citibank building.

| 2. | Check-in requirements： |
| | (1) | We will need your ID, health status questionnaire (with the table completed), and fecal/stool kit. |
| | (2) | Please fast from 12:00 pm the day before the examination (including boiled water, chewing
gum, etc.) |
| | (3) | For people are having exercise EKG test, please bring your running shoes. |
| 3. | Fee：Please pay at our front desk on the day of your health examination.
(We accept cash or credit card) |
| 4. | Additional Services：please refer to the list of 《optional items》 |
| | Please inform our staff on the day of your health examination if you need any additional option(s),
which we will arrange for you with additional fees.

| 5. | If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us three days in advance. |
6. | Special Precautions for Ladies： |
| | (1) | Ladies who are already, planning, or suspected to be pregnant are not appropriate for health examination. Please postpone the examination-date. |
| | (2) | The examination should be taken 5~7days after the menstruation periods. For the menses will affect the fecal sample kit and urinalysis. |
| | (3) | If you are in the breast-feeding period, please notify us to make a proper assessment before the exam. Moreover, do not breast-feed in the 24hours after the endoscopic exam under anesthesia. |
| 7. | Medications for Chronic Diseases： |
| | (1) | If you are having aspirin and anticoagulant or any other drugs, please notify us before the health examination. |
| | (2) | For diabetes patients, hypoglycemia drug or insulin should not be taken or injected on the morning of the health examination, but make sure to bring those drugs to the clinic to be taken or injected after the exams that are to be done under fasting state. |
| | (3) | If you are taking any medicine below, please follow the instructions： |
| | | a. | If you are taking the medicine for hypertension, heart disease, arrhythmia, antiepileptic, or Myasthenia Gravis, you can still have it on the morning of the examination day. (with only 10-30cc. of water) |
| | | b. | For asthma patient who constantly take bronchodilator drug, puff or spray. Please have your usual drugs at the examination day. For other asthma patient, please bring your bronchodilator drugs to the clinic. |
| | | c. | For people constantly taking sedative, sleep medications, or anti-anxiety drugs. You can have those drugs at the night before the examination day. |
| 8. | To help the endoscopic examination smoothly done |
| | (1) | Please start【Low-Residue Diet】3 days before the examination, and please read the instructions for colonoscopy in detail. |
| | (2) | If you are currently suffering from cold or fever symptoms, endoscopic examination is not recommended, please inform us to rescheduled. |
| 9. | Steps to Collect Your Fecal/Stool Sample： |
| | For those who have colonoscopy exam, please collect your fecal/stool samples before using any laxative.
For others, please collect your fecal/stool samples before/on the day of your health examination.

| 10. | Additional Notices： |
| | (1) | Do not bring or wear any valuables when you come for health examination. Although lockers are available, they don’t guarantee complete safety. |
| | (2) | Please wear casual and relaxing, instead of tight, clothing on the day of health examination. We will provide clothes during the health examination. |
| | (3) |
To avoid interfering the results of radiographic examination, please wear underwear that is free of metals, thick plastic buttons, or accessories. |
| | (4) |
Without special conditions, you don’t need to be accompanied by relatives during the health examination. Moreover, for the rights of other customers and the quality assurance during health examination, please do not take children as your companions. |
